What is your return policy?

- ⁠In-stock items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

- ⁠If you need a different size, we’re happy to offer an exchange for the same item, subject to availability.

- Pre-order and limited-edition items are final sale and non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Please email us at hello@djihan.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for return or exchange authorization.

Are returns and exchanges free?

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, or an error occurred on our end. This includes exchange shipping costs.
