Orders and requests

Checkout is handled by Shopify. Details you share in Custom Request, Returns and newsletter forms are stored securely and used to respond to you and, where you sign up, to send updates via Klaviyo.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, device and approximate location).

Advertising measurement - Meta

We use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd / Meta Platforms, Inc.) to measure the performance of our Facebook and Instagram ads. It records page views, items added to your bag (product, price, currency) and checkouts started, together with cookie and device identifiers. Meta may use this to measure and optimise our ads. We do not send your name, email or phone number to Meta.

Visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked first, and the pixel only runs if you accept. Elsewhere it runs by default. We keep a record of your choice (accept or decline, date and notice version) in your browser.
