Returns & Exchanges
If your piece isn't quite right, unworn pieces may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, in their original packaging. High Jewelry, Limited Edition and made-to-order pieces are final sale.
How it works
- 01Fill in the form with your order number and the email used at checkout.
- 02The Djihan team confirms your request by email with return instructions.
- 03Send the piece unworn, in its original packaging, with all certificates.
- 04Once inspected, your refund or exchange is processed.
