Follow your piece on its way to you. Enter your order number and the name used at checkout.
Shipping and delivery
- Timing
- Each piece ships between 5 days and 3 weeks from your order, depending on whether it is in stock or finished for you in our atelier. Tracking appears above as soon as it leaves us.
- Delivery
- Complimentary insured delivery worldwide with DHL Express. A signature is required on arrival.
- Packaging
- Discreet outer packaging, with your piece presented in its Djihan box together with its certificate.
- Duties and taxes
- International orders may be subject to local import duties or VAT, charged by the carrier on delivery.
